Alpharetta Townhomes Of Harris Commons were built from 2002 to 2003 by Harris Commons Builders Inc.Located just off of Harris Road close to Harry’s Fresh Whole Foods Market and Wills Park. Great Schools and location, make this a great Alpharetta Townhome Community.
The average price for a 2 bedroom / 2 and 1 half bathroom townhomes, at time of post, are $165,424.00 with average days on market at 48.
The community of Harris Commons is not a swim and tennis neighborhood but does have a pet walk. Home Owner Association fees, at time of post, are only $87.00 a month.
Most townhome units in Harris Commons include 2 assigned parking pads and the most townhomes have 1 fireplace and 9 foot main level ceilings. These Townhomes do not have basements and were built by Harris Commons Builders Inc.

Normally when you hear Milton Manor, you would think and invision Milton Manor Estate homes, probably located in the city of Milton. Well, not really.
To begin, these are great homes built in the early 1970’s and they are located in the City of Alpharetta, not Milton.
The Neighborhood of Milton Manor is located off of Lynne Circle and it is literally a Circle street. Most lots are 1/4 to 3/4 acres.

Crabapple North Is A Wonderful Community Of Homes, located in the beautiful city of Milton, Ga. Located Just off Freemanville Road, just north of Milton High School and South of Providence Rd. in North Fulton County 30004.
The Streets in the subdivision are Northern Oaks Court and Freemanwood Lane, which makes this a quaint community with great location and schools. The community does not have pool / tennis amenities but lot sizes are all over 1 acre and some have room for pools etc.
