Estates Or Dollhouses Of Roswell

In the spirit of Christmas I could not resist a blog about one of my favorite past times. Years ago the collecting of miniatures and anything to fill antique dollhouses, became my passion.

I would guess my love of homes and architecture just followed with everything in a miniature fashion and bundled nicely in a controlled, perfect environment. The inhabitants of these miniature homes had no worries. no bills to pay, no appointments to be made, just pure visual enjoyment. Just a wonderful make believe life of decorated rooms and made up beds.

I have since stopped collecting miniatures and antique dollhouses although when I see an add or dollhouse display, my heart still follows to take a peak or read further about an upcoming dollhouse-miniature show. In fact, below are a few reference links to dollhouse shops around Atlanta and a site for antique dollhouse enthusiast.

Views At Coleman Village-Roswell Townhomes-Best Of Both Worlds

I recently had the pleasure to visit the community of
Views At Coleman Village in Roswell Georgia, located off of Highway 9 and Marietta Highway, just after Willeo. This community is located in Fulton County and built in 2003. There are 106 Brick Front, Traditional Style, Town Homes. Views At Coleman Village Town Homes, Condominuim In Roswell Georgia Real Estate, Prudential Georgia Realty,

The location is wonderful. Minutes to Highway 400. Close enough to Atlanta and the historic, antique district of Roswell and tucked quietly away at a very affordable price. These Town Homes are close to new in age. 3 levels usually starting with a garage at the terrace level. You enter through the front door and you feel like you are in the main part of the home.

Crown molding and wainscoting with open stairs and railings to the 2nd floor and 3rd floors. This layout provides  room to entertain and stairs open to the 2nd and third floors. You get a feeling of a contemporary, open floor plan yet cozy and formal. No closed and locked door from the terrace level to continue up the stairs, but instead a nice open flow to entertain and live in fully.

Some Town Homes have a bonus room on the terrace level that is great for a theatre or pool table/family room.

The average list price for a Town Home in the community of Views At Coleman Village is 225,673 for a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 half bath home. The days on the market for that price point to sell takes about 90 days. There is a total of 106 Town Homes in the community and the only downfall is that it is not a Swimming Pool Community. The association fee reflects that though, with only a $150.00 association fee a month. Pretty Low compared to other comparable communities, in the Roswell area.

Most of the Town Homes, in Views At Coleman Village, have a fair amount of wood floors throughout, some have bonus rooms, and the school districts are terrific.

Atlanta Area Housing Market “Vibrant”

market is being spared the worst of the national slump due to the region’s               House Sold Sign
comparatively vibrant economy. 

“Metro Atlanta arguably has the most dynamic economic market in the country,” Cisneros said last week while in the Atlanta area.
