A recent study based on 2006 census information has placed Forsyth County at number 13 in the nation in median annual income. The Forbes list shows Forsyth County having a median income of $83, 682. No other Georgia county made the list. Forsyth County Commission chairman Charles Laughinghouse was surprised by the notariety. “I know we are considered the most affluent in Georgia, but I would not have put us 13th in the nation.”

The Aberdeen community is a 400 home community located in south Forsyth County, City of Suwanee 30024.
Located between Fulton and Gwinnett counties. Homes range in price from the low 200’s to the low 400’s.

Aberdeen began in the late 80’s as a 350 acre hardwood forest. Most Homes were built between the years 1990-2000. Five sections create the Aberdeen community. Each enclave has it’s own unique distinct architectural features.
