Homes For Sale In The Community Of Aberdeen
Aberdeen began in the late 80’s as a 350 acre hardwood forest. Most Homes were built between the years 1990-2000. Five sections create the Aberdeen community. Each enclave has it’s own unique distinct architectural features.
The developer named the community Aberdeen after the rural countryside of Great Britain and Scotland. All streets were given names from English villages, and the stone entrance gates and clubhouse continue the over all feel.
The developer kept the natural beauty of the foothills of the north Georgia Mountains in the development of Aberdeen.
Amenities in Aberdeen include:
A Junior-Olympic size pool and children’s mushroom water feature
Playground near the clubhouse
