The Fuqua Development is planning on, as of an October 1st 2013 press release, in developing the Peachtree Corners Market on the 20+ acres across from the Peachtree Corners Forum Shopping Center.
The team involved in this project consist of The Fuqua Development in charge of retail space, AMLI, residential and Pope and Land, office space. The New Peachtree Corners Market will consist of retail, restaurants, residential, a dinner theater, health club and parking decks.

|Forsyth County Clears Way for Taubman Mall Development

The county commission voted 5-0 to approve the zoning overlay district specifically drawn for Taubman’s new mall which will be built at McFarland Road and the Georgia 400. Part of the deal includes two upscale department stores, such as Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus or Saks Fifth Avenue. The development will also include high-end housing and class “A” office space. Economic impact to Forsyth county could reach a potential of 1 billion dollars on our bedroom community, which was recently ranked the nations 13th wealthiest county. More info on Forsyth County.
The new mall property will have a direct impact
North Point Mall in Alpharetta.
Taubman executives have said the shopping mall could be open within 3 years of final county approval.
