Horse farms and silos now share their quiet corner of North Fulton with subdivisions and mixed-use developments. The Five Corners intersection is the center of a community that has a small-town feel, although it’s not a town and occupies parts of both Roswell and Alpharetta.
Crabapple GA is located at the point where Mid-Broadwell Road, Broadwell Road, Mayfield Road and Birmingham Highway meet. An orchard owned by an early resident named Broadwell gave the area its name, and two of the roads at Five Corners intersection preserve his memory. Although there’s more traffic in this upscale community now, building guidelines help retain the rural ambiance.
