Just recently, Vice President Joe Biden, made a visit to the City of Dawsonville In What the News is calling North Atlanta. Well, Dawsonville is very North of Atlanta and that is probably why he was there.
It seems the rural area of Georgia, which happen to be North of Atlanta, really need a broadband update.

The White House feels that small towns, and local stores, are the backbone to our economy. Having a stimulus package in place, to update broadband network, will help create job opportunities, and in turn, help the financial state of our economy.

Big Canoe in Dawson County and Pickens County, City of Big Canoe 30143. Directions: GA 400N. Exit left @ Hwy 369. Go 12mi to Yellow Creek Rd. Turn rt & go to end (10mi.) Turn rt @ Hwy 53. Turn left @ Steve Tate Hwy and go 1.5 mi. to main gate on the left.
